We are pleased to announce that we have obtained ECHO certification. After a months-long verification process, we were awarded the ECHO Partner Certificate by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), one of Europe’s leading humanitarian institutions.
This was not an evaluation of a single project or statement. The audit covered the entire operation of the Polish Medical Mission over the years — from how we plan and deliver aid, to management and decision-making, as well as financial procedures, internal controls, and transparency in the use of funds.
ECHO works only with organizations that meet the most rigorous international humanitarian and financial standards. Receiving this certificate means that our procedures, practices, and actual activities have been positively assessed in a comprehensive verification process.
For us, it represents:
