Medical Team
Polish Medical Mission is looking for medical professionals (doctors, nurses, paramedics, midwives) to join the PMM Emergency Medical Team. To participate in the recruitment process, please fill out the application form and send your CV to rekrutacja@pmm.org.pl. Recruitment will be conducted by the PMM team and a psychologist. The first stage involves verifying formal matters. If the candidate meets the requirements, they will be invited to the first recruitment stage for a qualifying online interview, assessing the psycho-physical predispositions of the candidates.

Recruitment Stages
- I Stage: Online qualifying interview.
- II Stage: Psychological tests.
- III Stage: Practical test in the field.
Essential Requirements
- Diploma confirming professional qualifications (medical, nursing, midwifery, medical rescue).
- Current professional licenses.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the profession, preferably 5 years.
- Communicative English proficiency (B1/B2 level).
- Availability – willingness to participate in training throughout the year and multi-week missions.
- Psycho-physical predispositions, including:
– Stress resilience and ability to work in extremely challenging conditions.
– Ability to work under time pressure and solve problems quickly.
– Logical and analytical thinking.
– Good physical fitness.

Desirable
- Specialization (especially for doctors): anesthesiology, surgery, internal medicine, emergency medicine, family medicine.
- Experience working outside Poland, e.g., in humanitarian missions.
- Knowledge of languages other than English.
- Other skills useful for missions outside Europe.
Technical Specialists
We invite volunteers with expertise in mechanics, electricians, plumbers, logisticians, firefighters, drivers, safety specialists, environmental health and sanitation specialists, communication and ICT specialists, as well as graduates of Qualified First Aid (QFA) courses. Candidates can join the PMM Vasco Emergency Team as deploying personnel if they know the language sufficiently or as supporting personnel in the country without the need for knowledge of a foreign language.

Candidate Profile

- Temporary availability for trips, training, or joint maneuvers with the team.
