Complaints and requests
In Polish Medical Mission, we attach great importance to ensuring that our statutory activities and projects are implemented in a consistent and transparent manner. In particular, we are open to dialogue with beneficiaries and partners, which allows us to more effectively assess needs in regions where we implement development and humanitarian projects. All complaints and requests are valuable material for us, informing us about the areas of our activities, which we should devote more time and attention to.
In order to facilitate and systematize the processes of submitting and examining complaints and applications, we have created regulations that will allow you to quickly and effectively share your complaint or request with us and obtain explanations, help, and support from us.
We are open to complaints, requests, and opinions reported by all interested persons, in particular by beneficiaries, partner organizations, volunteers, associates, and PMM staff.
Your complaints and petitions may be related to both administrative issues (i.e. reporting an irregularity within the organization, breach of internal procedures, or other infringement of ethical standards of work or collaboration), as well as operational issues (appealing to the PMM management in respect of a particular cause calling for improvements, changes, or other initiatives pertinent to the PMM activities and projects).
How to file a complaint or request?
To submit a complaint, please complete an online complaint form. If you wish to submit a petition, please use the designated petition form. Both forms are available in English, Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish and French. Once filled out it will be automatically submitted to the PMM system. Printed copies of documents can also be emailed to focalpoint@pmm.org.pl. It is also possible to contact us by phone: +48 507 355 603.
