To make it before winter

November in the northern hemisphere is a time of preparation for the coming frosts for many of its inhabitants. The most painfully are affected people who have experienced more than one crisis - refugees living in overcrowded camps which, while ensuring safety, do not protect against the cold. The weather conditions determine everything - whether the children get sick, whether the adults go to work, or whether cars with food and drugs will arrive on muddy roads.
At the Prosthetic Center in Termanin, Syria, children get a chance to regain full fitness. Prostheses mean going back to school, playing with peers, and forgetting, even for a moment, the ongoing war. Our pupils include toddlers who were injured on their way to school, while playing in the market square, and even sleeping in their own bed when they were only a few months old. Neither of them knew that one day would change their whole lives. We need your commitment so we can be able to continue our activities in Syria.
