Fundraising tins
It's small, but it can do a lot of good. You can put the tin with the PMM logo at cultural center, event or at your workplace.
HOW TO DO IT?
- Apply and fill in the questionnaire where you will describe the idea for your fundraiser and choose its goal.
- Contact us at: fundraising@pmm.org.pl. Together, we will determine how and in what quantity to provide you with our cans, possibly posters and advertising materials, and we will provide you with a collection number.
- Download, sign, and send us a signed scan of the fundraising agreement, which will also certify you as proof of fundraising.
- Inform the community about your fundraiser, for example on social media.
- Organize the space. Place the cans in a visible place and inform passersby about the collection point. If possible, hang the poster and unfold the materials you have received. Your fundraiser may take up to a month.
- After the fundraising is over, calculate the amount received and download and complete the report. Pay us the collected amount on your account and send us a scan of the report by e-mail.
- You can transfer funds to our account: 62 1240 2294 1111 0000 3718 5444 with the title "Collection number, the name". Send a confirmation of the transfer to our e-mail.
- The last step is to send the cans back to us, let them serve for the next collection!

FAQ
Do I need to get a fundraising permit?
Yes! Unless you are the host of the event yourself, make sure the organizer has given all necessary approvals.
What purpose can I raise for?
You can choose the purpose of your fundraiser yourself. You can choose to support a specific project (Syria, Iraq, Senegal), all of them are available here, or raise for the general activities of the Polish Medical Mission.
Will I receive additional materials?
Yes! In agreement with us, the parcel may contain, in addition to cans, posters, folders and other materials.
Can I share photos from the fundraiser?
Absolutely, if you want to show your fundraiser as an example of a successful campaign, send us photos that we will publish in the "good examples" tab. Other people will be happy to be inspired.
